About True Vine Consulting, LLC
Mr. Thomas has a vast amount of experience serving in K-12 public and private schools. Throughout the duration of his career as an educator, Mr. Thomas has served as a teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal and most recently as a Head of School within the private school sector. All of these great experiences have provided him with full exposure to a diverse number of schools. Within the first few years of his career as an educational leader, Mr. Thomas discovered that his true passion was working with other leaders by providing support and organizational structures that are customized to their personal needs.
With over 20 years of experience in education, Mr. Thomas created True Vine Consulting to assist educational leaders and their teams with building winning cultures. In addition to this, TVC provides leaders a non-judgemental space to talk through concerns and challenges that they face day-to-day. He understands that leaders benefit when they have the opportunity to share their wins and loses, strengths and weaknesses within a confidential setting with a fellow leader who understands their role and the environment in which they lead.
